Farmer's Market 101 Series: Late Summer Demo

Learn what is in season here in Wisconsin and how to use what you picked up from the farmer's market at home! In this hands-on class, Chef Andy will teach you creative ways to prepare and enjoy the freshest produce available each week. Since the class focuses on the freshest produce available, there is not a predetermined menu. Instead, you’ll learn to create spontaneous, delicious dishes that highlight the best of what Wisconsin's farms have to offer.

In this hands-on class, you’ll learn to...
➡ Select and prepare seasonal produce
➡ Create dishes based on available ingredients
➡ Enhance your meals with fresh, local flavors
