Located directly across Water Street from the Public Market, RIVERWALK COMMONS offers visitors a unique public space amenity in the greater Third Ward and Downtown community.  Positioned adjacent to the bustling crossroads of Water Street, Clybourn Ave , St Paul Ave, and the Milwaukee River,  Riverwalk Commons offers the area's first outdoor pickleball courts, access to the city’s award-winning Riverwalk, and great views of the river.

No Reservations are required. Two pickleball courts are located at Riverwalk Commons across from the Milwaukee Public Market. Pickleball paddles, balls, and rules and regulations are available for lending at the Milwaukee Public Market– second floor management office.

Question: Are reservations required? 
‍Answer: Reservations are not required. First come, first served. Bring your own equipment or borrow at the Milwaukee Public Market management office.

Question: Where are the courts located? 
‍Answer: Two pickleball courts are located at Riverwalk Commons across from the Milwaukee Public Market located at 400 N. Water St.

Question – Do I have to bring my own equipment? 
Answer: Bring your own equipment OR borrow from the Milwaukee Public Market management office. Permanent nets are installed into the courts. Pickleball paddles, balls, and rules & regulations are available for lending at the Milwaukee Public Market – second floor management office.

Question– When & What do I need to borrow equipment? 
‍Answer: Equipment can be borrowed for up to 2 hours from the Milwaukee Public Market – second floor management office beginning at 10:30a.m. till 7:30 p.m. M – Sat. & 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Sun. Our offices are located on the second floor of the market next to the restrooms.  A Driver’s License OR State issued ID is required to borrow the paddles and balls. Equipment must be returned one half hour before the market closes(Mon-Sat. 10 a.m. to 8p.m. & Sun 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.).
