Q: Are reservations required?
A: No, reservations are not needed. The courts operate on a first-come, first-served basis. You can bring your own equipment or borrow it from the Milwaukee Public Market’s management office.
Q: Where are the courts located?
A: The two pickleball courts are at Riverwalk Commons, directly across from the Milwaukee Public Market at 400 N. Water Street.
Q: Do I need to bring my own equipment?
A: You can bring your own equipment, or you can borrow paddles, balls, and the rules from the Milwaukee Public Market’s second-floor management office. Permanent nets are installed on the courts.
Q: When can I borrow equipment, and what do I need?
A: Equipment can be borrowed for up to 2 hours from the Milwaukee Public Market’s second-floor management office. Borrowing hours are from 10:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and from 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Sundays. Our office is located next to the restrooms. You’ll need a valid Driver’s License or State-issued ID to borrow paddles and balls. All equipment must be returned 30 minutes before the Market closes (Mon-Sat 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Sun 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.).
