This demonstration class will be lead by JC Cunningham, Cocktail Ambassador of NiteCap Consulting. Wisconsin Old Fashioned vs the World will be a deep dive into not only the drink itself, but the culture. Why is it so popular? Why is it different? Why is it global? Why is it so absolutely delicious?
From the Supper Club to the home bar, we will take on the challenge of discovering if you are “Wisconsin-style” or if you prefer the classic-style. There is no wrong answer.

Free Parking
Parking is available in the Market's main lot just off of Water Street. Make sure to bring your parking ticket to the class for validation.
Cancellation
Reservations are non-refundable, however you may send someone else to take your place. If we cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment, a full refund will be made.
Alcohol Policy
Want to enjoy a beverage during your class experience? A variety of beer, wine, cocktails, and soda are available to purchase during the class. Outside alcohol is not permitted.
