In this demonstration class, you’ll learn to make classics like Shrimp de Jonghe. We’ll show you how to make perfect shrimp without overcooking it and teach you how to optimize flavor with minimal Ingredients. These are recipes that you are definitely going to want to put on repeat.

In this class, you’ll learn to make and sample:

  • Winter Endive and Greens Salad with Walnuts and Tangy Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • Shrimp de Jonghe (a Chicago specialty featuring buttery, garlicky, wine-kissed breadcrumbs)
  • Classic Rice Pilaf and Roasted Broccoli with Shallots

Parking is available in the Market's main lot just off of Water Street. Make sure to bring your parking ticket to the class for validation.

Reservations are non-refundable, however you may send someone else to take your place. If we cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment, a full refund will be made.
