Think Chopped, but cocktails. This high-energy, interactive class invites guests to put their creativity to the test. Participants will work in small groups and will be given components for a drink with a selection of a few wildcard ingredients to be incorporated.

After a quick foundational lesson on balance and technique, groups will create mini cocktails before crafting two full-size cocktails to enjoy, one of which will be zero-proof (a mocktail) - a creative twist that always surprises people.

A panel of judges may taste a few creations offering supportive feedback (and perhaps some fun commentary).

This class is lively, approachable, and always a crowd favorite for guests who love experimenting – no previous cocktail knowledge needed. Come learn, play, and enjoy the experience with us.
