From humble beginnings cooking with his grandmother and mother to graduating from Le Cordon Bleu and opening 24 restaurants around the globe, including Bloc in Shanghai, Chef Michael’s career reflects his passion for food that excites the palate and warms the heart. As head of culinary education at multiple renowned institutions, he has taught over 2,500 classes to more than 16,000 students since 2012. Parking is available in the Market's main lot just off of Water Street. Make sure to bring your parking ticket to the class for validation.
Reservations are non-refundable, however you may send someone else to take your place. If we cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment, a full refund will be made.
Want to enjoy a beverage during your class experience? A variety of beer, wine, cocktails, and soda are available to purchase during the class. Outside alcohol is not permitted.
