In this class, you will learn to make and sample:

  • Whipped Feta and Asparagus Spread with Quick Focaccia
  • Bright Herb and Spring Pea Salad with Simple Buttermilk Dressing
  • Rosemary Pan Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Pan Sauce
  • Chantilly Potatoes

Limited to 35 attendees. Early registration encouraged.

About the Chef:

Chef Joe Muench is the co-owner and executive chef of Black Shoe Hospitality, the restaurant group behind beloved Milwaukee spots like Maxie’s, Story Hill BKC, and Blue’s Egg. With deep roots in Milwaukee’s culinary community, Joe is known for his focus on honest, well-executed food and his dedication to honoring the heritage behind every dish.

Free Parking

Parking is available in the Market's main lot just off of Water Street. Make sure to bring your parking ticket to the class for validation.

Cancellation

Reservations are non-refundable, however you may send someone else to take your place. If we cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment, a full refund will be made.

Alcohol Policy

Want to enjoy a beverage during your class experience? A variety of beer, wine, cocktails, and soda are available to purchase during the class. Outside alcohol is not permitted.
