From correct dough consistency, to shaping and baking, we will cover all the steps it takes to make a delicious loaf of bread. You will try several different kinds in class, as well as leaving with your very own rustic loaf. Fresh baked bread coming to you warm and delicious.

In this hands-on class, you’ll learn to make and sample:

About the Chef:

Chef Elizabeth Lindberg has been cooking with her gourmet chef father since childhood, and in 2007, graduated from The French Pastry School in Chicago. With nearly 20 years of experience as a pastry chef, she is passionate about making French patisserie approachable. She loves teaching culinary classes and finds joy in seeing her students realize their culinary potential, all while making her parents proud.

Free Parking

Parking is available in the Market's main lot just off of Water Street. Make sure to bring your parking ticket to the class for validation.

Cancellation

Reservations are non-refundable, however you may send someone else to take your place. If we cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment, a full refund will be made.

Alcohol Policy

Want to enjoy a beverage during your class experience? A variety of beer, wine, cocktails, and soda are available to purchase during the class. Outside alcohol is not permitted.
