Join Chef Mark Jasso for a demonstration class that makes plant-based cooking approachable, flavorful, and fun. You’ll learn how to work with tofu, tempeh, lentils, and other protein-rich ingredients while discovering simple techniques that build incredible texture and taste.

In this class, you’ll learn to make and sample:
• Tofu stir fry with fresh vegetables over basmati rice
• Dal made with lentils, spices, vegetables, herbs, and lemon
• Power bowl with sautéed tempeh, lentils, quinoa, fresh vegetables, and miso maple tahini dressing

This class is limited to 30 people. Make your reservation early to reserve your spot.

Parking is available in the Market's main lot just off of Water Street. Make sure to bring your parking ticket to the class for validation.

Cancellation

Reservations are non-refundable, however you may send someone else to take your place. If we cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment, a full refund will be made.

Want to enjoy a beverage during your class experience? A variety of beer, wine, cocktails, and soda are available to purchase during the class. Outside alcohol is not permitted.
