Acclaimed baker and cookbook author Roxana Jullapat joins us from Los Angeles’ beloved Friends & Family bakery and restaurant during her cookbook tour to offer a special demonstration class celebrating her newest cookbook, Morning Baker: Recipes and Rituals for Breakfast and Beyond. In this make-ahead class all about hosting a fun weekend brunch, Roxana will show you how to break brunch prep into manageable weekday tasks so you can prepare a stunning weekend spread without the last-minute chaos.

Copies of Roxana’s new cookbook will be available for purchase during the class, with an opportunity to have your copy signed afterward.

Roxana Jullapat is the head baker and co-owner of Friends & Family, a celebrated bakery and restaurant in Los Angeles known for its thoughtful approach to grains and seasonal baking. A dedicated morning baker, Roxana is often up before 2 a.m. preparing breads and pastries before the city wakes. She is the author of the acclaimed cookbook Mother Grains: Recipes for the Grain Revolution and her newest release, Morning Baker: Recipes and Rituals for Breakfast and Beyond.
