Chef Alex Hanesakda, founder of SapSap, brings a wealth of experience andpassion to the kitchen. Born in the Ubon Thailand refugee camp and deeplyconnected to his Lao heritage, Alex has been perfecting the art of Pho foryears through private dinners and special events. His culinary talent wasrecognized when he won first place at the Pho 1 Pho event in Milwaukee. Beyondhis culinary expertise, Alex is dedicated to supporting his community, activelyon the board of Hmong Chamber of Commerce to foster growth andempowerment. Known for his vibrant storytelling through food, Alex’s classesare an enriching cultural experience as well as a culinary one.

Free Parking

Parking is available in the Market's main lot just off of Water Street. Make sure to bring your parking ticket to the class for validation.

Cancellation

Reservations are non-refundable, however you may send someone else to take your place. If we cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment, a full refund will be made.

Alcohol Policy

Want to enjoy a beverage during your class experience? A variety of beer, wine, cocktails, and soda are available to purchase during the class. Outside alcohol is not permitted.
