In this demonstration class, we take the intimidation out of making Osso Boco at home, guiding you through proper braising techniques. You will also be introduced to some delicious traditional sides to accompany it, making this a perfect winter menu.

In this class, you’ll learn to make and sample:

  • Whipped Ricotta Dip featuring Sautéed Dates & Pistachios
  • Osso Bucco with Aglio Olio ed Erbe (pasta with olive oil and herbs)
  • Pesto-Baked Carrots
  • Affogato Cookie Cups

This class is limited to 35 people. Make your reservation early to reserve your spot.

Known for her engaging teaching style and deep appreciation for Southern flavors, Staci Joers has been delighting palates and educating cooking enthusiasts for over a decade. Free Parking

Parking is available in the Market's main lot just off of Water Street. Make sure to bring your parking ticket to the class for validation.

Cancellation

Reservations are non-refundable, however you may send someone else to take your place. If we cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment, a full refund will be made.

Want to enjoy a beverage during your class experience? A variety of beer, wine, cocktails, and soda are available to purchase during the class. Outside alcohol is not permitted.
