In this demonstration class, you’ll learn to prepare a delightful Friendsgiving menu that will impress your guests and warm their hearts.
During this class, you'll sample:

➡ Stuffing-Stuffed Turkey Meatballs in Gravy with Fresh Cranberry Sauce

About Chef Staci:
Staci Joers has been passionate about cooking since her teens, starting with cake decorating at 13 and making her first wedding cake at 14. Growing up in a family of great cooks, she views cooking as an extension of her love for art and creativity. Staci worked in various Milwaukee restaurants and managed a gourmet cooking store, where she began offering cooking classes in 1992. These classes became her main focus, and she started offering them full-time in 2002. She holds an Associate's Degree in the Culinary Arts from MATC.

Parking is available in the Market's main lot just off of Water Street. Make sure to bring your parking ticket to the class for validation.
Reservations are non-refundable, however you may send someone else to take your place. If we cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment, a full refund will be made.
Want to enjoy a beverage during your class experience? A variety of beer, wine, cocktails, and soda are available to purchase during the class. Outside alcohol is not permitted.
