About Ray Hill: Raynetta "Ray" Hill does dope stuff. She helps people with their buildings and businesses, creates events that boost tourism, and shares stories through art and preservation. She's managed real estate project budgets as big as $14 million and assisted people in living their best lives in a place they would call home.

She hated school, but her first on-campus college experience was Harvard Business School's Young American Leaders Program (YALP). Ray loves to read and has challenges spelling words, but has been quoted in national publications such as National Geographic for her work in preservation.

Ray has introduced President Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden separately. She is a lifelong learner. Introvert at heart. Works incredibly hard and has won a few awards along the way.

About Milwaukee Mornings: Presented in partnership with Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport, Milwaukee Mornings is a six-part series occurring on the second Thursday of each month. The series brings influential Milwaukee leaders to the stage for live conversations moderated by Jeff Sherman, civic leader and host of The Upswing. With a refreshed take on traditional networking, attendees can expect unique perspectives and a closer look at the people driving Milwaukee forward.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
