Join us at Milwaukee Public Market for the last installment of Milwaukee Mornings featuring JoAnne Anton, president and CEO of Herb Kohl Philanthropies on Thursday, October 8.
In a live conversation moderated by Jeff Sherman, JoAnne will share her experiences and perspective on Milwaukee, and the impact she's making both within and beyond our city.

About JoAnne Anton: JoAnne Anton is President & CEO of Herb Kohl Philanthropies, where she stewards the legacy of former U.S. Senator and businessman Herb Kohl and leads the foundation’s strategy, investments, and community partnerships. She previously spent more than two decades in public service, holding senior roles with federal, state, and local elected officials, while also helping manage several Milwaukee-area family businesses. Her leadership has been called upon at pivotal moments for Wisconsin, including serving as Director of Governor Tony Evers’ Transition Team and supporting the Milwaukee Bucks during the planning and development of a new downtown arena and the team’s ownership transition. Ms. Anton co-chairs the Milwaukee Reading Coalition, a citywide effort to improve literacy outcomes, and serves on the boards of First Federal Bank of Wisconsin, the Greater Milwaukee Committee, the UW–Madison La Follette School of Public Affairs, Milwaukee World Festival, Inc., United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County and Secure Futures Advisory Council. She is also a past president of the Rotary Club of Milwaukee.

Parking is available in the Market's main lot just off of Water Street. Make sure to bring your parking ticket to the class for validation.
Cancellation
Reservations are non-refundable, however you may send someone else to take your place. If we cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment, a full refund will be made.

What’s a Rich Text element?
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
Static and dynamic content editing
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
How to customize formatting for each rich text
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
