Fall is peak season for a large variety of locally grown vegetables and in this demonstration class we’re going to take full advantage of it. From beets to sweet potatoes this is the time of year to be making dishes from fresh farm market produce. You’ll learn to create and taste your way through a menu designed to highlight the special flavors fall has to offer.   

During this class you’ll learn to make and taste:

• Chicken Marsala

• Rosemary Mashed Sweet Potatoes with Caramelized Shallots

• Green Beans with assorted Mushrooms

• Pear & Apple Tart Tatin 

With class size limited to just 35 guests, we recommend reserving your spot early. 

About the Chef: Known for her engaging teaching style and deep appreciation for Southern flavors, Staci Joers has been delighting palates and educating cooking enthusiasts for over a decade. Her classes are informative, fun, and approachable, guiding students through everything from basic techniques like knife skills and understanding proper cooking and serving temperatures to more advanced skills that help you confidently recreate the magic at home.

Free Parking

Parking is available in the Market's main lot just off of Water Street. Make sure to bring your parking ticket to the class for validation.

Cancellation

Reservations are non-refundable, however you may send someone else to take your place. If we cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment, a full refund will be made.

Alcohol Policy

Want to enjoy a beverage during your class experience? A variety of beer, wine, cocktails, and soda are available to purchase during the class. Outside alcohol is not permitted.
