Mary Adashek is back to share with you some of her tips and tricks to making scones, both sweet and savory!

First, we will be making buttery and flaky scones that are speckled with chocolate chips and dried cherries. They are perfect for breakfast, brunch or dessert.

Although we usually think of scones as sweet, our second scone recipe offers a wonderful flavor twist. These rich, tender scones are packed with gruyere cheese, prosciutto and green onions. Serve them with soup or salad for a deliciously satisfying meal.
