·        Pesto & Bolognese Spaghetti Squash

·        Cauliflower Shepherd’s Pie

Equipment Needed:

·        Cutting board

·        Chef’s knife or similar

·        Food processor or blender

·        Oven

·        Stove

·        1 large sauté pan with cover (or plate large enough to cover)

·        Wooden spoon

·        Spatula

·        1 sheet pan

·        Large microwavable bowl + microwave, veggie steamer, or large pot+ cover + steamer basket

·        9” x 11” baking dish (or similar)

·        10” oven-safe skillet, or similar sized baking dish 

·        1 small mixing bowl

·        Measuring cups

·        Measuring spoons

·        Fork or whisk

·        Vegetable peeler

Free Parking

Parking is available in the Market's main lot just off of Water Street. Make sure to bring your parking ticket to the class for validation.

Cancellation

Reservations are non-refundable, however you may send someone else to take your place. If we cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment, a full refund will be made.
