Join Becky Diamond as she returns to our Virtual Kitchen to make Carrot Cake Donuts with a Robins Egg Frosting! We will cover science, math and art all wrapped into one awesome class!

 

You will learn some of the most important basics of baking like why should ingredients be at room temperature? What are gluten proteins? And how much should I mix?

 

Finally we will finish these moist and delicious donuts with simple decorating techniques that will have all your taste testers saying "Wow!"

Equipment Needed:

·        Oven

·        Oven mitts

·        Donut pan (or you can use a muffin tin)

·        Stand or hand mixer

·        Medium-sized mixing bowl, if using hand mixer

·        Small mixing bowl

·        Liquid measuring cup

·        Measuring cups

·        Measuring spoons

·        Rubber spatula

·        Offset spatula, optional 

·        Butter knife

·        Cereal bowl or smaller

·        Clean, small (¼”-1”) paint brush

Free Parking

Parking is available in the Market's main lot just off of Water Street. Make sure to bring your parking ticket to the class for validation.

Cancellation

Reservations are non-refundable, however you may send someone else to take your place. If we cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment, a full refund will be made.
