We will start things off with homemade pizza dough, mixing, kneading and transforming it into a thin & delicious crispy crust. Next, Lyncoya will lead you through a tangy, pizza sauce recipe that you can easily repeat again and again for pizza nights to come!
Finally, top off your pizza with fresh mozzarella cheese and pepperoni from our market vendor, West Allis Cheese, or mix things up and pick up toppings of your own choice!

· Food processor or stand mixer (If you don’t have either, your hands are fine too)
· Medium sized saucepan
· Rolling pin
· Non-stick Pizza Pan
· Measuring Spoons 1 Tbsp, 1 tsp, ½ Tbsp, & ½ tsp
· Long handle spoon (for stirring)
· Small glass bowl (large enough to hold 1 cup of water)
· Large bowl
· Clean kitchen towel (large enough to cover a large bowl)
· Small spoon

Parking is available in the Market's main lot just off of Water Street. Make sure to bring your parking ticket to the class for validation.
Reservations are non-refundable, however you may send someone else to take your place. If we cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment, a full refund will be made.
