Join us as we welcome Chef Staci Joers back into our Demonstration Kitchen!

 

This class will be fun and interactive as Staci guides you through an easy-to-prepare deep dish butter dough recipe. Staci will also walk you through a fresh pizza sauce that will have you saying, “take-out, what’s that?!”

 

You will learn how to perfectly proof yeast, how to properly mix and knead dough, whether using a KitchenAid mixer or a more hands-on approach, and finally, you will learn what is required to ensure that your dough rises to create that iconic deep-dish style.

 

Opt to enjoy your pizza right out the oven, or you may choose to freeze your pizzas to enjoy at a later date!

What to Expect: Once registered, you will receive a detailed grocery list and recipe guide along with a Crowdcast invitation with all the details you need to get ready for class!

Equipment Needed:

·        KitchenAid Mixer (optional)

·        Mixing Bowls

·        Measuring Cups (dry and liquid)

·        Measuring Spoons

·        Wooden Spoons

·        Rubber Scrapers

·        Colander OR China Cap

·        4 Disposable 8 1/2" round cake pans with lids (available at any grocery store in a pack of 3) OR 2 - 12" deep dish pizza pans

Free Parking

Parking is available in the Market's main lot just off of Water Street. Make sure to bring your parking ticket to the class for validation.

Cancellation

Reservations are non-refundable, however you may send someone else to take your place. If we cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment, a full refund will be made.
