In this unique hands-on class you will get to experience how to make several authentic Mexican dishes with a Ramses twist, just as if you were eating at his restaurant Dia Bom located inside Crossroads Collective.
Create unique dishes: Chorizo Bao topped with pickled onions & queso fresco with yuzu. Chicken Birria Kimche Braised chicken thighs with guajillo sauce, ramen noodles, & traditional toppings, and Ube doughnuts for dessert.
Chef Ramses Alvarez has 18 years of experience in the culinary world, working in very successful kitchens from fine dining to gastropubs; leading his kitchens with an emphasis of passion, technique, and inspiring work ethic. Alongside his greatest passion of cooking in restaurants, he also teaches private cooking classes on his days off. He is also one of the founders of the annual MKE chef collaboration dinner which brings together several prominent local chefs for a great cause each donating to a different charity with the proceeds of the dinner. With all of this experience Alvarez continues to teach, passing along his secrets of the kitchen to people of all backgrounds, from cooking techniques to meal planning, to events, and catering party foods Chef Ramses does it all!

Parking is available in the Market's main lot just off of Water Street. Make sure to bring your parking ticket to the class for validation.
Reservations are non-refundable, however you may send someone else to take your place. If we cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment, a full refund will be made.
