Oktoberfest is the biggest festival in the world. It started out as a wedding celebration for a German prince that culminated in horse racing five days later. The following year they recreated the celebration but added an agricultural fair and it has grown exponentially ever since. With our German heritage in Wisconsin we also love to celebrate the food and beverages of Germany. During this class you will sample some favorites: Beef Rouladen, Spätzle, Braised Red Cabbage, German Apple Cake

Free Parking
Parking is available in the Market's main lot just off of Water Street. Make sure to bring your parking ticket to the class for validation.
Cancellation
Reservations are non-refundable, however you may send someone else to take your place. If we cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment, a full refund will be made.
