Chef Claire Menck founded Girlchef to help people enjoy their lives more through food, with a philosophy that life is better with good food. Join us while we host Chef Claire for a four part series on Macros and how you can eat what your body needs to be at its best, while you actually enjoy what you put in your body!

Food plays an important part in both health and wellness. It’s the foundation of our bodies, it is our energy, and it builds our physical form. This class will guide you through a personal assessment of your health and wellness goals. We’ll learn what the three macros are and what your personal needs are in each of those categories. Each person will be guided through calculating their correct macros and prepare a meal that features the “big three.” Chef Claire will also be guiding guests on a walk through the Market and how to identify how you can still eat out at a restaurant while following your macros guidelines. You'll finish the class preparing a Macros focused meal utilizing fresh seasonal products.

Free Parking

Parking is available in the Market's main lot just off of Water Street. Make sure to bring your parking ticket to the class for validation.

Cancellation

Reservations are non-refundable, however you may send someone else to take your place. If we cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment, a full refund will be made.
