This demonstration class will take place on Saturday, June 25, in the Public Market’s second level “Palm Garden” beginning at 11 a.m. Meathead will discuss the concepts, methods, and tools of barbecuing and grilling, while shattering the myths that stand in the way of perfection. At the conclusion of his presentation, a Q&A will be held to offer attendees the chance to ask Meathead more detailed questions.

Free Parking

Parking is available in the Market's main lot just off of Water Street. Make sure to bring your parking ticket to the class for validation.

Cancellation

Reservations are non-refundable, however you may send someone else to take your place. If we cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment, a full refund will be made.
