The French term Cordon Bleu is translated as “Blue Ribbon”. The earliest recipe known was in a March 1964 printing of the Cincinnati Enquirer by the Cincinnati Gourmet Stanley Demos.  Despite some misconceptions, Chicken Cordon Bleu is an American dish.  This dish is a take on the popular Veal Cordon Bleu.  

Tonight, you will sample Staci’s version of the classic Chicken Cordon Bleu along with side dishes that complement the main dish. It will be the award winner in the house! You will sample:

  1. Chicken Cordon Bleu with Dijon Cream Sauce
  1. Duchess Potatoes
  1. Asparagus with Classic Hollandaise Sauce

  • Reservations are non-refundable and non-transferable; however, you may send someone else to take your place. 
  • If we cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment, a full refund will be made. 
  • FREE PARKING - Park in the Market parking lot (entrance on Water Street). Your parking ticket will be validated when you check-in.

Parking is available in the Market's main lot just off of Water Street. Make sure to bring your parking ticket to the class for validation.
