Join us while we host Chef Claire for a four part series on Macros and how you can eat what your body needs to be at its best, while you actually enjoy what you put in your body!

If you want to build muscle and become lean you need to eat enough protein. That can be a really big challenge, and this class will help you figure out how to get this critical building block in your nutrition. We will start by “shopping the market” to find proteins that fit into everyone’s diet, including vegans, gluten free, and lactose intolerant people. We’ll talk about popular diets that rely heavily on protein, like keto and paleo. And of course, we’ll cook plenty of animal and plant based protein dishes you can make yourself!

Parking is available in the Market's main lot just off of Water Street. Make sure to bring your parking ticket to the class for validation.

Cancellation

Reservations are non-refundable, however you may send someone else to take your place. If we cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment, a full refund will be made.
