Cocktails 101 is a compendium class to Build-Your-Own Bar Cart (Coming up on 11/16/22).
Have you ever wanted to host a really great party? Make good drinks? Explore the magic? Understand why those drinks are $12? In Cocktails 101, JC Cunningham from NiteCap Consulting will be going over some of the methods to the madness. There will be a hands-on opportunity to learn how to properly shake and stir cocktails. In addition, we will be drinking and exploring a deeper appreciation between the difference of "classic" and "modern" cocktails. At the close of class, you will leave with 10 tried and true recipes to take home and explore the art of cocktail-making on your own.

Free Parking
Parking is available in the Market's main lot just off of Water Street. Make sure to bring your parking ticket to the class for validation.
Cancellation
Reservations are non-refundable, however you may send someone else to take your place. If we cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment, a full refund will be made.
