In this new class Yaka mein is a type of beef noodle soup found in many Creole restaurants in New Orleans; its a traditional hangover cure, and soup dumplings are a hot trend in Asian restaurants. We're going to sample both with some great sides to round out the meal. You’ll enjoy:
-Yakamein (NOLA sober soup)
-Soup Dumplings (xiao long bao)
-Crispy Thai spring Rolls with Sweet-n-Sour Sauce
-Asian Slaw

Parking is available in the Market's main lot just off of Water Street. Make sure to bring your parking ticket to the class for validation.
Cancellation
Reservations are non-refundable, however you may send someone else to take your place. If we cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment, a full refund will be made.
