You’ll sample and get recipes for Goat Cheese Crostini and Fried Green Tomatoes Served with Fresh Tomato Coulis; Heirloom Tomato Salad with Peachy-Jalapeno Vinaigrette; Fresh Tomato Tart with Black Pepper Crust and BLT Paninis.

FREE Spice House Demo
It’s a new demonstration from the Spice House at the Milwaukee Public Market. Come join us for a culinary tasting of the four corners of the earth. We will be demonstrating a variety of “sliders” combined with the flavors of the East, the West, the Caribbean and the Mediterranean. Along the way enjoy the legends and lore of Billy Goat Greektown, Chinese Five Spice, Jamaican Jerk and English Prime Rib Rub. The journey begins at noon in the Madame Kuony kitchen, Saturday.
