Basil Bonanza! Wednesday, September 8, 5:30 PM, $19 Basil is one of the most popular herbs in the world. Varieties of this plant are used in almost every culture. Staci Joers will show you some of her favorite uses for basil and provide you with many recipes and ideas for you to try at home, on your own. You’ll sample Double-Cheese, Basil & Prosciutto Calzone, Stir-fried Noodles with Thai Basil, Turkey Foccacia Sandwich with Basil Salsa, Basil Stuffed Potatoes and Lemon-Basil Chicken.

Roll up your sleeves with Chef Alisa Malavenda, and she’ll teach you how to make a variety of fresh and stuffed pastas and sauces.
