We'll cover 6 of our favorite preparations for you favorite mushrooms, wild or cultivated. Including; Simple shiitake duxelles to make as a base for mushroom butter, mushroom tarts, Lions mane cream of mushroom soup, roasted oyster mushrooms with red peppers, and simple braised king mushrooms. Mushroom growing kits will be available for purchase during the class.
