From blending luscious vinaigrettes to creating textural toppings, Chef Katrina Kozar finalist in Masterchef Season 6, shares her go-to tricks for making exciting and dynamic main course salads. You will pick up great knife skills, learn how to make homemade salad dressings made from scratch using top quality ingredients from Oro Di Oliva and taste samples of all four salads. Recipes will include; Provencal Salad with Tapenade Crostini’s and Goat Cheese, Potato Salad with Dill Vinaigrette, Sesame Chicken Salad, and Shrimp Lettuce Cups with Pineapple Vinaigrette.
